DN — WARDROBE — Collection 01
About the work
Every angle reveals something different. That is by design.
Prism is the most architecturally rigorous work in DN — WARDROBE a female figure whose garment has been conceived as a study in deliberate complexity. The helmet is faceted like a raw diamond, its planes intersecting at angles that catch and deflect the eye without ever fully resolving into a single readable form. The right epaulière projects outward with the authority of a load-bearing element not decoration, not detail, but structure. The chest plating cascades in overlapping geometric panels, each one precisely offset from the last, creating a surface that reads differently from every position in the room.
The face emerges from this angular architecture with startling softness a three-quarter profile, one eye visible, the gaze cast sideward with the particular intensity of someone who is used to being looked at and has decided, today, to look back. The contrast between the geometric rigour of the tenue and the organic precision of the face is the drawing's central argument: that the future of fashion is not the erasure of the human but its reframing the body as the warmest element in a composition of cold, beautiful forms.
In DN — WARDROBE, Prism is the fourth female look — and the most confrontational. Ivory withdrew. Nocturne sheltered. Prism stands its ground.
