futuropiabooks.com ("Website") and all related services,
including CineBook+ subscriptions and purchases.
By using our Website, you agree to these Terms. If you
do not agree, please do not use our services.

"Website" — futuropiabooks.com and related platforms
"Services" — All products and services we offer
"CineBook" — Interactive animated story content
"CineBook+" — Our subscription service
"User" / "You" — Any visitor or customer
"Content" — All text, images, audio, video, and materials

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
4.1 To access certain services, you must create an account.
4.2 You must provide accurate and complete information.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your login credentials.
4.4 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Minors may use the service under parental supervision.
4.5 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts
that violate these Terms.

5. CINEBOOK+ SUBSCRIPTION
5.1 SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
We offer two subscription options:
→ CineBook+ Monthly: 7,99€/month
→ CineBook+ Year: 69,99€/year
All subscriptions include:
→ Unlimited access to CineBooks
→ New releases every month
→ Activities & educational resources
→ Educator Resources
→ Future Skills content
→ Newsletter
5.2 BILLING
→ Subscriptions are billed in advance
→ Monthly: Charged every 30 days
→ Annual: Charged once per year
→ All prices include applicable taxes
5.3 AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end
of each billing period unless cancelled.
5.4 CANCELLATION
→ You may cancel your subscription at any time
→ Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current
billing period
→ No refunds for partial billing periods
→ You retain access until the end of your paid period

5.5 PRICE CHANGES
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.
Price changes apply to the next billing cycle.

6. PURCHASES (ILLUSTRATED BOOKS)
6.1 ORDERS
→ All orders are subject to availability
→ We reserve the right to refuse any order
→ A contract is formed when we confirm your order
6.2 PRICES
→ Prices are displayed in Euros (€)
→ Prices include applicable taxes
→ We reserve the right to change prices at any time
6.3 PAYMENT
→ Payment is processed securely via Stripe
→ We accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay
→ Payment is taken at the time of order
6.4 DIGITAL DELIVERY
→ Digital products are available immediately after purchase
→ Access is provided via your account
6.5 PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (if applicable)
→ Shipping costs are displayed at checkout
→ Delivery times vary by location
→ Risk passes to you upon delivery

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU Consumers)
7.1 DIGITAL CONTENT
For digital content (CineBooks, subscriptions):
→ You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase
→ By accessing digital content, you agree to waive
your right of withdrawal
→ Once content is accessed, no refund is available
7.2 PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
For physical products (books):
→ You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase
→ Products must be returned unused and in original condition
→ Return shipping costs are your responsibility
→ Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the return

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 All content on this Website — including CineBooks,
illustrations, text, characters, stories, music,
logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property
of FuturopIA Group SAS or its licensors.
8.2 CineBook™ is a trademark of FuturopIA Group SAS.
8.3 Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to access and view content
for private, non-commercial use only.
8.4 YOU MAY NOT:
→ Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
→ Modify or create derivative works
→ Use content for commercial purposes
→ Share your account credentials
→ Circumvent access controls
→ Download or record content without authorization
8.5 Violation of intellectual property rights may result
in immediate termination and legal action.

9. USER CONDUCT
9.1 You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully.
9.2 YOU MUST NOT:

you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

16. TERMINATION
